We refer to our staff as our Team; we work together as a team putting the children first. Just as important, we have open communication with parents, to ensure that each child is getting the best start to their education.
We always value our team, listen to suggestions and promote training on a regular basis to keep up to date with changes within the industry and to enhance their professional development.
Kidi Kingdom understands the importance of Team meetings on a regular basis, we take these meetings as a very important part of our duty in order to consistently work together towards ongoing positive change, achieving a happy, safe, fun and positive learning environment.
Our Centre Director’s
Every Kidi Kingdom Child Care Centre has an allocated onsite Director holding a Diploma in Children’s Services or a higher qualification. They all started as an assistant working in a room under a Group Leader and moving up in qualification and position to a Centre Director. Having started as an assistant gives all aspects necessary to manage and assist the team members, knowing hands on experience what is required to provide the best quality care and education on offer.
Kidi Kingdom Carers are all trained in First Aid and CPR procedures, also hold a Positive Notice Blue Card – the working with children check.
Group Leaders have or a currently studying towards gaining their Diploma in Child Care or higher.
Assistants have or are studying to gain their Certificate III in Child Care or higher and work under the supervision of a Group Leader.
